How the 25X45 East Facing 2BHK House Is Organised

• The front: parking and stairs. The entrance side holds the parking bay, a generous 12'0"×19'0", so your car stays inside the plot. Beside it, the staircase sits at the front, away from the living room, so the main hall stays clear.

• The middle: the living room. The 20'0"×12'4" living room is right in the centre of the plan. It’s wide enough for a big sofa, a TV unit and a clear walkway, and it can also take a dining table at one end, since there’s no separate dining room in this layout.

• The back: bedrooms and kitchen. The 12'4"×12'0" bedroom sits in the top-left corner and is placed next to the 12'0"×9'0" kitchen. The second bedroom, 12'0"×10'8", is on the right side, close to the staircase. Two 4'0"×7'8" toilets run along the right wall, one near the kitchen and one beside the second bedroom, so both bedrooms and guests have a toilet within a few steps.
