Order Cancellations 

• Service Orders: Once the service order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. Any  request for cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. 

• Custom Orders: Orders for digital products such as Custom Drawing, Custom Elevation  Design, Actual Estimate etc. are non-cancellable and non-refundable as the order  processing is commenced as soon the order is placed. 

Refunds 

• Custom Orders: Orders for custom-designed digital products are non-cancellable and  non-refundable due to intangible nature of the digital goods. 

• Service Order: Services orders are non-refundable. 

Procedure for Cancellation

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at  support@housegyan.com with your order details, including the order number and the  reason for cancellation. 

• Our team will review your request and provide a confirmation of the cancellation and  any applicable refund. 

Refund Scenario (Only for Custom Orders) 

• If Custom order placed is not delivered within the expiry dration of the order due to  the delay attributed to Housegyan.
