2. HOME LOAN CHARGES

Home Loan Processing fee (non-refundable)

• Up to 2% of Loan Amount. 

• The processing/login fee is a one-time non-refundable fee and is collected by the Bank for the purpose of appraising the Application for the Facility and the same is independent of the outcome or result of such appraisal.

•  The processing/login fee is payable at the time of submitting of the Application, by way of Cheque or Demand Draft favoring the Bank and/or such other mode as may be acceptable to the Bank.

Other Charges:

• Delayed Payment Charges: Up to 18% p.a.

• Document Photocopy: ₹500 + taxes

• Property Document Retention: ₹1,000/month (after 60 days of loan closure)
