Voltas Ltd. Reports Rs 11,295.54 Cr Revenue in FY 2025, 30.02% YoY Growth

Voltas Ltd., a leading player in India's air conditioning and engineering solutions sector, has demonstrated solid financial performance for the financial year 2024-25, backed by strong revenue growth and improved profitability.

In FY 2024-25, Voltas reported a remarkable Revenue from Operations of ₹11,295.54 crore, reflecting a robust 30.02% year-on-year growth compared to ₹8,687.63 crore in FY 2023-24. This surge in revenue was supported by steady demand across key segments and operational excellence.

The company also delivered a strong improvement in profitability. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose significantly to ₹1,035.75 crore, a 36.61% increase from ₹758.20 crore in the previous fiscal year. Correspondingly, Net Profit for the period stood at ₹776.76 crore, up 28.55% from ₹604.26 crore last year. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY 2024-25 also climbed to ₹23.48, marking a 28.59% rise.

Voltas Ltd. Q4 2024-25 Highlights

For the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25, Voltas recorded a Revenue from Operations of ₹3,634.91 crore, showcasing an 18.92% increase over ₹3,056.56 crore in Q4 of the previous year.

The quarterly Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew by 29.51%, reaching ₹300.93 crore, up from ₹232.36 crore. The company also achieved a 15.86% growth in Net Profit, which rose to ₹220.50 crore from ₹190.31 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EPS for Q4 stood at ₹6.66, up 15.83%.
