Kajaria Ceramics is aiming to achieve nearly ₹6,000 crore in revenue and EBITDA of ₹1,000–1,100 crore in FY27, driven by tile capacity expansion, price increases, cost optimization measures, and growth across its sanitaryware, faucets, and adhesives businesses, according to Managing Director Rishi Kajaria.

The company reported revenue of ₹4,832.50 crore in FY26, with tiles contributing ₹4,280.29 crore, bathware accounting for ₹413.64 crore, and adhesives generating ₹136.43 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹861.95 crore, while net profit reached ₹485.41 crore during the financial year.

Strong Growth Expected Across Business Segments

For FY27, Kajaria expects tile revenue to reach approximately ₹5,500 crore. The adhesives segment is projected to contribute around ₹240 crore, while sanitaryware and faucet businesses are also expected to deliver stronger growth. These factors are anticipated to help the company achieve its overall revenue target of nearly ₹6,000 crore this year and around ₹7,000 crore in FY28.

The company remains optimistic about maintaining healthy profitability. After reporting an EBITDA margin of 19.6% in the first quarter of FY27, management expects margins to remain in the range of 18–19% for the full year.

Capacity Expansion to Support Future Demand

Kajaria Ceramics is expanding its manufacturing footprint to meet rising demand. The company is investing approximately ₹170–175 crore to expand its Gailpur facility in Rajasthan, which will add around 11 million square metres of tile production capacity. Another expansion project at Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh, involves an investment of about ₹210 crore and will add an additional 10–11 million square metres of capacity.

These capacity additions are expected to strengthen Kajaria's position in the domestic tile market while supporting long-term revenue growth.

Cost Optimization Driving Margins

According to Rishi Kajaria, the company achieved cost savings of nearly ₹200 crore in the previous year and implemented price increases of 10–15% across various product categories. These initiatives have helped improve profitability and are expected to continue supporting earnings growth in FY27.

The company reported Q1 FY27 EBITDA of about ₹260 crore with an EBITDA margin of 19.6%, indicating a strong start to the financial year.

Outlook

With capacity expansion, premium product demand, operational efficiencies, and growth in non-tile segments, Kajaria Ceramics is confident of achieving its FY27 targets. The company expects revenue to grow significantly over the next two years, with management targeting nearly ₹7,000 crore in revenue by FY28.

Conclusion

Kajaria Ceramics has laid out an ambitious growth roadmap for FY27, targeting ₹6,000 crore in revenue and EBITDA of up to ₹1,100 crore. Backed by capacity expansion, stronger contributions from adhesives and bathware businesses, and continued cost optimization, the company is positioning itself for sustained growth in India's building materials sector.
