Switch Fees (For rate repricing)

Upto 2%

Re-pricing Fee will be charged on loan outstanding. At the request of the borrower, bank at its sole discretion may permit the borrower for repricing of the loan

Switch Fee (For interest type)

• Switching from Floating Rate of interest to Fixed rate of interest: 0.1% of principle outstanding amount or Rs.10,000/- whichever is lower, excluding applicable taxes.

• Switching from Fixed Rate of interest to Floating Rate of interest will attract a fee of upto 2% of the principle outstanding amount.

• Switching from higher Fixed Rate of interest to lower Fixed Rate of interest will attract a fee of upto 1 % of the principle outstanding amount.

Note: Interest rate type can be switched two times during the entire tenure of the loan. Once interest rate is switched from floating rate to fixed rate, it will not be allowed to switch back to floating rate for minimum three years from the date of switch.

Penal Charges for Delay of Payment (Non payment of EMI/ installment/ amount payable). Penal charges will be levied to customer post expiry of grace period of 7 days

2% per month of the unpaid EMI or Rs 300 whichever is higher.

Incidental charges & Expenses

Incidental charges & expenses are levied to cover the costs, charges, expenses and other monies that may have been expended in connection with recovery of dues from a defaulting customer. Charged on actuals

For loans having floating rate of interest :

i. Foreclosure / Prepayment/ Part Payment charge: NIL


For loans having fixed rate of interest for entire tenure:

i. Foreclosure / Prepayment/ Part Payment charge: Upto 2% of the principle outstanding amount, excluding applicable charges/taxes.


For loans having hybrid rate of interest:

i. If Foreclosure/ Prepayment/ Part Payment is done during floating rate: NIL

ii. If Foreclosure/ Prepayment/ Part Payment is done during fixed rate: Upto 2% of the principle outstanding amount, excluding applicable charges/taxes

Reset Frequency


Loans booked from 1st October 2019 onwards which are linked with EBR (External Benchmark Rate) would be reset every 3 months.

4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR HOME LOAN

Property proofs

  • Photocopy of draft sale deed and chain title documents (if any)
