Kansai Nerolac Paints Appoints Mr. Pravin Chaudhari as Managing Director

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., one of India’s leading paint companies, has announced the appointment of Mr. Pravin Chaudhari as its new Managing Director, effective 1st April 2025.

Pravin Chaudhari Brings Decades of Leadership Experience

Mr. Chaudhari has been with Kansai Nerolac since 1993, holding a range of senior leadership roles across the company. With a career spanning over thirty years, he has a deep understanding of the business and the Indian paint industry.

From 2008 to 2018, he served as Executive Director, gaining hands-on experience across industrial sales, operations, and supply chain management. He currently serves as the Head of India Operations and as a nominee of Kansai Paint Japan on the company’s board.

Before taking on this new role, Mr. Chaudhari has held several influential positions, including:

• Executive Officer, Kansai Paint Co., Ltd. (Japan)

• CEO – Special Projects, Pidilite Industries

• Director – Supply Chain, Kansai Nerolac

His extensive experience in strategy, operations, and transformational leadership makes him well-equipped to lead Kansai Nerolac into its next growth phase.

Mr. Chaudhari is an engineer and management graduate from the University of Mumbai. Known for his business acumen, strategic thinking, and team-building skills, he is widely respected within the industry for driving performance and leading change.
